About Us

Dr. Jari Santana-Wynn, mother of 2, is an international speaker, certified LGBTQI trainer, and Clinical Coordinator of Outpatient Services for a non-profit behavioral health agency. 

She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Miami University (OH) and has worked in community mental health clinics, hospitals, and school settings. 

Dr. Santana’s own experiences as an Afro-Latinx immigrant child drive her commitment to culturally competent mental health services for minority populations and make her a tenacious advocate for the social, economic, health care, and educational needs of these communities.

Yadira Santana-Dowling, M.A., mother of 3, is a communication strategist and author with over a decade of experience in the advertising industry.

She has reached the latino, urban, and general audiences, providing expert analysis and culturally relevant strategies for a wide cadre of brands and industries.

Yadira brings a plethora of experience and insight to her work as a bicultural Afro-Latina from the Dominican Republic. Having earned her bachelor of science in organizational behavior management from the Miami University (OH) and a master’s degree in strategic planning from the Virginia Commonwealth University Brandcenter, her keen insight and cultural understanding help broaden her ability to serve her clients and community effectively.
